Website privacy notice
Updated October 30, 2026. This notice covers program and fit-call requests, the optional assessment email feature and analytics on our public website. It does not replace the separate privacy information provided for client services.
Website inquiries and fit-call requests
When you use our website request form, we collect the name, email address, current stage, service or package, timeline and question you provide. We use these details to respond and arrange follow-up. Requests are processed through Google Apps Script and saved in our Google Form and linked worksheet. reCAPTCHA processes technical information to check requests for abuse under Google’s privacy terms. We do not send form content to Google Analytics or to an AI model.
Optional assessment emails
You can complete the public assessment and view or print its results without providing an email address. Until you choose email delivery, its answers stay in your browser tab.
If you request an email copy, your address and selected answers are sent to Google Apps Script for delivery through the business Google Workspace account. reCAPTCHA helps check requests for abuse and processes technical information under Google’s privacy terms. These details are not sent to Google Analytics or to an AI model.
Personal follow-up is a separate, optional choice. If selected, your email includes a confirmation link. Only after you open it and press Confirm follow-up are your address and snapshot shared with Omar through his business inbox. Unconfirmed follow-up details are held in a temporary Google cache for up to one hour and may expire sooner. Email copies and confirmed correspondence follow the applicable email-account retention settings. No newsletter enrollment is included.

Website traffic statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views and page-loading performance on our public information pages. This measurement does not use analytics cookies or local storage. Cloudflare receives technical information needed to provide these reports. We do not send inquiry responses, planner answers, email addresses or client records as analytics events. The Pre-Med Next Step Planner questionnaire and follow-up confirmation pages are excluded.

Optional Google Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” this website uses Google Analytics cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits, pages viewed, scrolls, outbound link clicks, downloads, and how visitors find the site. Google also processes technical information such as browser and device information and approximate location derived from the connection. We use these reports to understand website use.
The analytics code does not load until you allow it. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals in this implementation. We do not send names, email addresses, inquiry form responses, assessment answers, or client records as analytics events. The assessment and follow-up confirmation pages do not load Google Analytics. The separate private account portal is not covered by this website tag.
Your choices
Use “Analytics choices” at the bottom of any page to allow or decline analytics. This browser remembers your choice for up to 180 days. If you withdraw permission, tracking is disabled, this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies are removed, and the page reloads. This does not erase information already received by Google. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may show the choice again.
How Google handles information
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy. Browser settings and blocking tools may prevent analytics from working.
