Frequently asked questions.
Choosing support, what’s included and what happens next.
Getting started.

Reapplicants are welcome. Share the setback and decision you’re facing.

- Discuss fit and availability.
- Confirm scope, dates and terms in a completed agreement, followed by your private invoice and required payment before personalized work begins.
Scope and support.
What do the application packages share?
Every tier includes a 90-minute kickoff, planning bundle, up to 3 personal-statement rounds, 2 activities rounds, a 45-minute school-list meeting and list of up to 25 schools, recommender strategy and final primary audit.
Coverage is for one primary system: AMCAS, AACOMAS or TMDSAS. Planning-bundle and school-list delivery dates are recorded before enrollment.

When will I receive feedback?
Active paid advising includes written replies within 2 business days and included document reviews within 3 business days. Weekends and federal holidays are excluded. Your agreement defines Day 0 receipt and Eastern Time due times.
Does unlimited written advising include unlimited edits?
No. Written questions, check-ins and advice stay within your purchased scope and active support period, including after package editing is finished. Silver covers primary-application advice. Gold and Diamond cover their included later stages. Meetings, full document reviews, rounds and school coverage keep their listed limits.
How are review allowances counted?
- Secondary pools count your response words across covered schools in each round, not school prompts or advising messages.
- Mock interviews include live feedback within the 75 minutes.
- The final primary audit is not another editing round.
- Timely complete submissions retain their promised turnaround after cutoff. Rush service is not included.
When does package support end?
- Silver: first primary submission or 6 calendar months after kickoff, whichever comes first.
- Gold and Diamond: kickoff through May 31 of your intended entry year.
- For interview invitations received by May 31, unused included mocks and related preparation questions may continue through June 30. Other services do not extend.
Exact dates and any school-calendar exception are agreed before enrollment. New revisions after the endpoint require a written extension.
Which kinds of letter support are included?
Recommendations: Mentorship and every application tier include choosing writers, planning requests, relationships and supporting information. The recommender writes the letter. Drafting or confidential recommendation editing is excluded.
Your update/interest letters: Gold and Diamond include written strategy, waitlist and next-step advice. Only Diamond includes editing: 2 letters total, up to 500 words each, with feedback in round one and a revision check in round two.
A substantially different school-specific version counts as another letter. Name/address substitutions alone do not. School restrictions and shorter limits take priority.
Is an interview or acceptance guaranteed?
No. Advising supports preparation and decisions. Admissions decisions remain with the schools.
Payment and enrollment.
Application packages have fixed total fees and installment options. Mentorship is $395 monthly with a three-month initial minimum of $1,185, then affirmative renewal and payment. There are no automatic card charges or late fees.
Before enrollment, you receive the applicable agreement and payment schedule. This website summary is not your completed agreement.
