A review of where you are now, a 60-minute conversation, and a written plan for what comes next.
$295 one-time pilot fee
This price applies to the first five paid Diagnostics. Availability and the applicable fee are confirmed before enrollment.
What you receive.
Before and during the meeting
- Review of your materials: intake, transcript, GPA and MCAT history, CV or activities, timeline and relevant existing application materials.
- For reapplicants: one prior primary application and up to three representative secondaries.
- One 60-minute strategy session with Omar. We discuss your situation and priorities. The meeting ends at the scheduled time.
Your take-home plan
- A two-page written roadmap: strengths, risk flags, readiness, three to five priorities and immediate next actions.
- An individual visual timeline: your reported progress, current position and proposed milestones with target timing.
- Seven calendar days of questions about your delivered assessment and roadmap.
Timing and follow-up.
- Intake: essential materials are due at least two business days before your session, at the cutoff given when booking. If essentials are missing, we agree on a replacement appointment without an extra fee.
- Delivery: your complete written roadmap and visual timeline arrive within two business days after the completed meeting, with essential intake already reviewed.
- Follow-up: unlimited questions about those deliverables for seven calendar days after complete delivery. The window ends at the same Eastern Time clock time seven days later.
- Replies: questions received before that cutoff receive a reply within two business days, even when the reply falls after the window. Replies do not restart the window. Business days exclude weekends and observed federal holidays.
What this service does not include.
- Essay line editing or drafting application content.
- A customized school list, extra meetings or a fresh assessment of new materials.
- Follow-up beyond the seven-day window, or repeated roadmap revisions beyond factual corrections.
- Portal access or GPA scenario tools.
This is a planning service, not an admissions prediction or a guarantee of an interview or acceptance. A later service is a separate purchase. There is no automatic credit toward another package.
