Full scope and limits.

Meetings and your action plan

  • One 45-minute meeting per billing month and a rolling 90-day action plan, updated monthly. The initial delivery date and monthly-update deadline are recorded before enrollment.
  • Monthly sessions are used in their billing month and do not accumulate.
  • Advisor-initiated changes receive an appropriate replacement.

Advising topics

  • Strategy and accountability for academics, MCAT timing, experiences, research navigation, and application timing.
  • Early recommender planning: identify people who can observe your work, build genuine relationships over time, and plan later requests.

Written support

  • Unlimited written questions, check-ins, and advice within scope throughout active paid membership.
  • Replies within two business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
  • Written advising does not add meetings or application document review rounds.

Planning-document review

  • One light review of a CV, activity tracker, or similar planning document is included per service quarter: one pass, up to 1,500 words.
  • A service quarter is three consecutive billing months starting at kickoff and each three-month anniversary.
  • Request the review during active paid service.
  • Unused allowances do not accumulate.
  • A complete eligible draft received before the applicable cutoff is reviewed within three business days, even if feedback is due afterward.

Commitment and renewal

  • Three-month initial commitment: $1,185 minimum. After month three, continuation requires affirmative monthly renewal and payment.

Scope boundaries

  • Parent or family meetings are separately agreed.
  • Mentorship does not include a formal school list, mock interviews, tutoring, obtaining a research position, or detailed research execution.
  • Application drafting and editing are addressed through a separately defined engagement.
